Spooktacular Giveaway Hop

Wanna win some prizes? This Halloween, there are literally hundreds up for grabs!

I Am a Reader, Not a Writer and The Diary of a Bookworm have teamed up to host the Spooktacular Giveaway Hop — starting October 24 and ending October 31 — and there are about 400 PARTICIPATING BLOGS!

I’ve got three giveaways on offer:

1 copy of WE HEAR THE DEAD (signed) — open to mainland US residents.

2 original photographs (5×7 glossy) of one of the creepy graves in Catawissa, PA, subject of my upcoming book THE CAGED GRAVES (Clarion, 2013) — open to US, Canada, and Mexico.

    My favorite Halloween movie is The Changeling — the 1980 George C. Scott one. But without being graphic or gory. Pure psychological scariness. Who knew a small, bouncing rubber ball could be so darned frightening?

    wow- what an awesome blogfest! My favorite is definitely Hocus Pocus too. Casper comes in a close second. And I have to watch beetlejuice and the adams family and practical magic at this time of year too:)

    My favorite is the It’s a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. I watch that every year without fail. I do the snoopy dance and it drives my dog nuts!

    Nightmare Before Christmas. Covers two holidays with one delightful animated tale. I even have a Jack Skellington doll still in its coffin case.

    The blog list looks tiring. I’m already looking toward the 100+ posts waiting for me in Google Reader.

    Hocus Pocus is my favorite too. Love it! It’s nothing like the real Salem (my hometown) but is awesome nonetheless.
