Hopefully, this picture says it all, because I’m afraid I don’t have anything else for you today. (I’m the coyote.)
I’m sorry if I haven’t been around to your blogs regularly this week. It will get better once I’m used to our family’s new fall routine. I’ll be back next week with First Impressions on Wednesday, September 5!
Firstly…I LUV Wile E. Coyote!! And secongly, that as a funny image. ;D
Hang in there, Dianne. You’ll soon get back into the swing of it. 🙂
Have a beautiful Labor Day weekend, Dianne. The cover for TCG really is gorgeous. Congrats, again!
Awww, the first few weeks are always hard on both kids and teachers, aren’t they!
Poor coyote!! Hope you get your head back on soon 😀 Enjoy the long weekend!
You made me smile. Hope your long weekend’s a good one before you’re back to school. =D
We start school Tuesday, so I’ll be the coyote next Friday! Hope you can relax and enjoy your weekend 🙂
Enjoy your long weekend, Dianne; you earned it!
The cover of your new book looks awesome! Wow!
Aw, how well I remember those days getting the kids back to school. It was always my saddest time of the year! Isn’t that terrible? I loved those summer days with the kids home. I worked part-time as a court reporter, transcribed the depositions at home, so they could play outside while I worked and I could sleep in when I needed to! There were a few years I had three different places to drop the kids off – two at elementary school, one at preschool, and the baby at the sitter’s. Then dragged myself off to work. I thought I’d never make it through the school year.
Now my kids are grown. The youngest is 23. Seems like they grew up in a flash. I realize how precious those days were now. I know how you feel, Diane, but you’ll get through it all, and someday you’ll look back and smile at the memories of the hectic mornings getting them off to school, helping with homework and projects. Enjoy each moment!
Diane, I gave you an award on my blog. http://kellyhashway.blogspot.com/2012/09/monday-mishmash-and-very-inspiring.html
HaHa! Some days are just like that. Love the look of your new cover – very emotive.
Second week will be better 🙂
Well, at least you can fool yourself into thinking there’s nowhere to go but up from here.
Or try to 🙂
Things will get better.
: )
This is a riot, Diane! There’s nothing I love more than the Roadrunner or Bugs Bunny cartoons. I sure hope things improve for you though…
Haha, I can relate! We just finished the first week. I thought the pile of forms I had to fill out on day one might do me in!
